WHAT IS LPG?
LPG is a clean, high octane, abundant and eco-friendly fuel. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is the term applied to those hydrocarbons, mainly propane and butane, which are vapours at ambient temperatures and pressures, but which can be liquefied by compression at ambient temperature or by refrigeration at atmospheric pressure, or by combination of compression/refrigeration. Propane and Butane are saturated hydrocarbons, these are also called alkanes.
